Spirit Scaffolding, LLC, is a locally owned independent scaffolding company offering premium galvanized frame and system scaffolding as it's core products. In addition Spirit Scaffolding, LLC, provides access stairs, debris chutes, material hoists and shoring. With an in-house engineer Spirit can provide high elevation access and large scale interior 'dance floor decks' for projects such as: churches, auditoriums and gymnasiums.

Utilizing OSHA compliant & trained employees only; Spirit Scaffolding, LLC, provides scaffolding services for "Trades" inclusive of painters, masons, electricians, plumbers (sprinkler systems), roofers, plaster and stucco finishers, audio visual, carpenters and more. Spirit Scaffolding, Inc. is owned and operated by Bob Pastermack, Clay Bourgeois and Chris Delia. All three owners have an accomplished background of experience.

Chris Delia

Chris' diversified construction background began with Carpenter Local 17 in the Bronx, N.Y. His training included an array of different trades and for the last 35 years focused on scaffolding. This period afforded him the opportunity to perfect skills in blueprint reading, estimating, sales, customer communications & relations, and management. Chris' education includes OSHA Requirement Training, and the industries most extensive Scaffold Erection and Safety Training certification through Purdue University. Currently Chris is the prime estimator and manager of erection and dismantling personnel at Spirit Scaffolding, LLC.

Bob Pastermack

Bob is a state licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) who was employed by NASA for over thirteen years. Bob was the prior co-owner, estimator, engineer and sales manager for another local scaffolding company. Bob was instrumental in transitioning that company from a smaller family owned scaffold entity to a major player in the local market.

Clay Bourgeois

Clay's training and background include completion and certification at the Waco Scaffolding School, Suspended Scaffold Training, Fall Protection Training, SIA Hazardous Material Training, and Customer Service Training. Clay was previously employed by a local scaffold company in which he was instrumental in the planning, opening, and operation as general manager. Prior to this, Clay also helped with start-up and growth of another scaffolding company which was later sold to a national scaffold corporation.
